We want you to have the best dildo experience possible. That’s why we strictly control every step of the manufacturing process and double-check each product before shipping.
When your order arrives, inspect it carefully to ensure it’s in perfect condition. If you find any quality issues caused by non-human factors (e.g. breakage), please take clear photos, do not use the product, and contact us at support@realdick.com.au within 14 days. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
As long as your dildo is unopened and unused, you can return it within 14 days — no questions asked.
For hygiene reasons, once the protective packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns unless the item is found defective or damaged upon opening. Please check the product carefully before breaking the seal.
Please note: disliking the product after use does not count as a defect. Due to the intimate nature of the item, refunds cannot be given in such cases.
Damages & Warranty
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your dildo is faulty on arrival, contact us within 24 hours with detailed information, photos, or videos at support@realdick.com.au. Please inspect your item before use — this is very important.
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return or exchange. Please take good care of your product.
Order Cancellations
Order processing starts within 12 hours after payment. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned as undeliverable, a 50% processing fee will be charged, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
